Meet the Owner

Prior to retiring from the military, Bonita chose to pursue a Master of Social Work degree, which ultimately led to her becoming a Licensed Social Worker in Indiana. She held positions as an equal opportunity advisor, case manager, hospital social worker and therapist specialist. Throughout Bonita's life experiences, she coped with grieving and mourning on both personally and professionally levels. Subsequently, she has developed a profound dedication to aiding individuals as they navigate the complexities of grieving and mourning. 

Far too often, Bonita has painfully observed individuals being advised to pray away their pain, simply move forward, or overcome their situation.  In response, she founded her grief and mourning platform to provide a secure environment where individuals can express their feelings, emotions, and frustrations without fear of judgement or ridicule.  

Bonita's goals are to meet individuals where they are, empower them to walk through their situation, and grow from their grieving and mourning experiences.
